Shipping and Handling


Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. 

For all orders, please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and dispatch before it is handed over to our delivery service.

To protect our customers, Sweet Peaches is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and Sweet Peaches will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. 

Domestic (UK)

All domestic orders are sent with tracking. Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail, and are out of our control.


Sweet Peaches offers a tracked service for all international orders. However, please note that Sweet Peaches will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. Sweet Peaches is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sweet Peaches is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. After leaving the EU in January 2020, all international packages require customs clearance. Despite all orders being sent with tracking, sometimes items become lost or ‘stuck’ at customs without explanation. Recently this has been a particular issue with shipments to Germany. This can cause either a long shipping delay, or on occasion the item becomes unrecoverable. While this is rare it is important to inform you, because all orders are placed at the buyers own risk. 

Return/Exchange Policy

For your convenience, Sweet Peaches offers our customers the option to return certain products within 14 days of delivery.  Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, “Sale” items and international orders.

Sweet Peaches does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns. For returns, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. A return address will be sent to you upon request. If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible to remedy this issue. Due the to limited nature of our products, it is unlikely that we will be able to provide you with an exchange, as often items sell out on release. 

Unless faulty, all return postage will be the financial responsibility of the customer and we recommend you send all returns with tracking to ensure they get back to us safely.
